Product Introduction
Shanghai Yichi Optoelectronics has launched a 1550nm laser-induced terahertz near-field probe, which can directly excite the near-field probe using a laser of 1500-1600nm. These terahertz probes can be used in conjunction with THz TDS systems with excitation wavelengths below 1600nm. The THz near-field probe provides a low-cost solution to upgrade your THz TDS to a high-resolution terahertz near-field scanning imaging system.
