working process
This machine adopts fully automatic program control, and its working process is as follows:
Bottle washing:
Bottle washing passes through five workstations, which use chlorine dioxide(CLO2) Dissolve, wash, disinfect, and adjust the rinsing time. The workstation time is 12 seconds, the second workstation is 12 seconds, the third workstation is 12 seconds, the fourth workstation is 20 seconds. The second workstation is for liquid medicine rinsing, the third workstation is for water rinsing, and the fourth workstation is for pure water rinsing. The rinsing time can be adjusted according to different needs. The fifth workstation is for drying the residual water in the rinsed bucket.
bottling
The cleaned bucket is conveyed by a chain conveyor and falls onto the bucket support mechanism. The bucket support mechanism aligns the empty bucket, the filling valve is pressurized, and filling begins. The filling time can be adjusted according to the flow rate of the filling pump.
Filling and capping
After the filling is completed, the bucket drive mechanism sends the bucket filled with water to the capping machine for bagging. The bagged bucket is then transferred to the mechanism, and the capping cylinder presses the bottle cap tightly. At this point, one filling cycle is completed.
