The filtration principle of ultrafiltration membrane
Ultrafiltration is a screening process that is related to the pore size of the membrane. It is driven by the pressure difference between the two sides of the membrane and uses the ultrafiltration membrane as the filtering medium. Under a certain pressure, when the original liquid flows through the membrane surface, the ultrafiltration membrane surface is densely covered with many small pores, allowing only water and small molecules to pass through and become the permeate. Substances with a volume larger than the pore size of the membrane surface in the original liquid are trapped on the inlet side of the membrane and become the concentrate, thus achieving the purpose of purifying, separating, and concentrating the original liquid.
