The 6YK series hydraulic press is a new type of specialized press equipment for chemical raw materials designed according to the process requirements for pressing raw materials. Used for the solid-liquid separation of chemical raw materials such as oil and solvent removal. The height of the material barrel has increased from 900mm to 1200mm, with a large capacity, more loading, and good pressing effect. It also has manual and automatic function conversion and one click automatic pressing operation, greatly reducing labor intensity and is highly welcomed by the chemical industry.

The hydraulic system of this machine adopts a domestic hydraulic integrated valve system (equipped with 24V low-voltage explosion-proof solenoid valve and explosion-proof motor), which has the advantages of low pressure loss, large flow rate, low failure rate, and easy maintenance. The hydraulic cylinder adopts a combined two-stage oil cylinder (420/200). The main cylinder first stage cylinder automatically rises to press and discharge oil, automatically maintains and replenishes pressure, and automatically opens the mold after the pressure is maintained (the pressure holding time can be set by oneself). The main cylinder second stage cylinder assists the first stage cylinder in quickly compacting and pressing the material, and then quickly discharges the material. The equipment stops automatically after the discharge is completed. The above actions are controlled by the PLC uniformly. The hydraulic pump has been changed from a single plunger pump to a dual pump combination (plunger pump+gear pump), with a total flow rate of 23L/min (large pump)+20L/min (small pump), powered by dual motors (motor power of 7.5KW+3KW). When rising, both the large and small pumps work simultaneously, allowing the plunger to quickly rise (the rising speed has increased by three times compared to before); Simultaneously promoting the rapid upward movement of oil greatly improves work efficiency.
The electrical control core of this system adopts the S7-200 series programmable controller and industrial touch screen design from SIEMENS in Germany, which can achieve manual and automatic conversion, as well as one click automatic pre pressing and loading, and automatic pressing after loading is completed; By detecting the status of four key parts and changes in system pressure, the operation of the motor and the action of five sets of solenoid valves in the hydraulic system are controlled to complete the automatic operation process of the entire equipment. The on-site operation adopts a centralized button type explosion-proof control box, which makes the operation more convenient, has strong anti-interference performance, and works reliably (according to customer requirements, the main relay control box can achieve one to one and one to four design).
