Detailed introduction:
The national drum, guide, and tunnel ventilation fans look to Zibo, and Zibo looks to "Fujiang" fans. After years of effort, Fujiang fans have developed a streamlined equipment system in the factory, including automatic CNC cutting, hydraulic shearing machines, automatic rolling and spinning, mold pressing at the fan inlet and front plate, and electromagnetic heating for bearing installation. Each fan sold by our factory undergoes strict start-up testing before leaving the factory to ensure the effectiveness and service life of each fan.
The purpose of the fan
The 9-28 high-pressure centrifugal fan is generally used for forging furnaces and high-pressure forced ventilation, and is also widely used for conveying materials. It is suitable for conveying air and gases that are non corrosive, non self igniting, non explosive, non volatile, and do not contain viscous substances. The temperature of the conveying medium generally does not exceed 50 ℃, with a maximum of 80 ℃, and the dust and hard particles contained in the medium do not exceed 150mg/m3. This fan can also be used as a high-temperature fan for cement kiln external decomposition process (machine number 16 or above), steel refining and other special occasions (using heat-resistant, high-strength materials instead).
☆ Type of fan
1. This fan is all single suction, usually with 13 unit numbers including No.4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11.2, 12.5, 14, and 16.
2. Fans are usually made in two types: right-handed and left-handed.
3. The outlet position of the fan is represented by the outlet angle of the casing. The casing of the "left" and "right" fan is made at 0 degrees, 45 degrees, 90 degrees, 135 degrees, 180 degrees, and 225 degrees.
☆ Structure of the fan
The fan is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, a bracket, etc.
(1) Impeller: The 9-28 type fan has 16 blades and belongs to the forward bending type. The maximum circumferential velocity of the outer edge of the impeller diffuser shall not exceed 140m/s. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes static and dynamic balance correction, ensuring smooth operation.
(2) Shell: Welded into a snail shaped shell with ordinary steel plates as a whole.
(3) Air inlet: Made into a convergent streamlined overall structure, fixed to the front cover plate with bolts.
(4) Transmission group: composed of main shaft, bearing box, coupling, etc. The spindle is made of high-quality steel and the bearing housing has an overall structure. Using rolling bearings, the rolling bearings are lubricated with grease.
