Working principle of axial flow regulator
The control principle of the axial flow regulator is non mechanical, so there is no need to worry about its flow hole being blocked. In addition to its inlet and outlet, the axial flow regulator only has three ventilation pipelines connected to the control block, namely inlet pressure, control pressure, and downforce pressure.
The pressure regulator responds to the pressure difference between the inlet pressure and the control pressure, and its function (pressure reduction or release) varies depending on the external commander and pipeline. Its operational performance (fast opening and slow closing or fast closing and slow opening) is set by the flow restrictor of the control block.
