Under the action of the main fan of the system, the exhaust gas enters the pre-treatment equipment or functional section of the gas box inside the adsorption tower from the inlet of the tower. After cooling, filtering, dust removal, oil mist removal, etc., it is distributed to various adsorption units inside the tower; By utilizing the surface force of the solid activated carbon adsorbent, the adsorbate of organic waste gas molecules is attracted and attached to the surface of the adsorbent. The clean gas after adsorption enters the clean gas chamber inside the tower through the adsorption unit and is collected at the outlet for discharge.

1. Selection parameters and selection principles
(1) The main parameters involved in the selection of adsorption towers are processing air volume, filtration air speed, gas temperature, exhaust gas concentration and composition, etc. The specific adsorption tower model can be selected based on the maximum values of air volume, gas temperature, and exhaust gas concentration in the process design, with the principle of slightly smaller than the values in the technical performance table, which is the required adsorption equipment model. In general, the filtration wind speed of the adsorption tower is ≤ 0.4-0.6m/s, the inlet temperature is ≤ 50 ℃, the concentration is ≤ 300mg/m3, and it does not contain dust, oil mist, etc. When the exhaust gas concentration is high, two-stage series adsorption can be considered for exhaust gas treatment; If the temperature is high, cooling and cooling treatment devices can be considered; If the exhaust gas contains particulate dust and oil mist, a matching pre-treatment device or functional section should be selected. For those containing a small amount of dust, initial filtration should be set up, and the filtration wind speed should not exceed 1.5-2m/s. In summary, the selection of activated carbon organic waste gas adsorption tower should be comprehensively considered and determined based on its waste gas characteristics and parameters.
(2) Adsorbent filter material, made of coconut shell and wood, refined by process equipment. Characterized by low ash content and high adsorption capacity. This product is divided into two categories: spherical and columnar. It has a high specific surface area (1400-1800m2/g) and can control the pore size according to the actual needs of users (the main pore size ratio is 40-60% in the range of 20-50A0). It has abundant mesopores, strong adsorption capacity, and high strength, and is suitable for air purification and solvent recovery (ethanol, n-propanol, iso/n-butanol, Freon, n-pentane, n-hexane, mineral solvents, xylene, m-toluene, methyl acetate and other ester solvents, ketones, benzene, phenol, gasoline, toluene, carbon disulfide, ketones, etc.) for hydrogen sulfide gas removal. If used in situations with specific requirements, it is necessary to specify before placing an order and select a different filter material.
