Agilent Bio Monolith liquid chromatography column
Bio Monolith chromatographic column
Agilent Bio Monolith liquid chromatography column - provides high-resolution and rapid separation of antibodies (IgG, IgM), plasmid DNA, viruses, bacteriophages, and other macromolecules. This product series offers strong cation exchange, strong and weak anion exchange, and protein A stationary phase. The Bio Monolith HPLC column is compatible with HPLC and preparative liquid chromatography systems, including the Agilent 1100 and 1200 Infinity series.
Agilent Bio Monolith liquid chromatography columnfeature
- Monolith HPLC columns based on polymers are designed for separating biomolecules
- Flow rate is independent of separation: no diffusion, no micropores, no dead volume, making mass transfer between the mobile phase and the stationary phase very rapid
- The Monolith disk is 5.2 mm x 4.95 mm (100 μ L column capacity) with continuous channels, eliminating mass transfer diffusion.
- The extremely fast separation speed has accelerated method development, reduced costs, and locked in method parameters.
