PL-SCX is a large pore PS/DVB filler with strong hydrophilic coating and strong cation exchange function The production process is strictly controlled, with a strong cation exchange functional group density, suitable for analyzing, separating, and purifying various biomolecules (from small peptides to large proteins). There are two pore sizes to choose from, 1000 Å and 4000 Å, providing excellent mass transfer performance for solutes of different sizes. 5 μ m packing can provide higher separation efficiency than the 30 μ m packing used in medium pressure liquid chromatography.
