The anti glare panel overall mechanical performance testing machine is mainly used for testing the overall mechanical performance of plastic anti glare panels and fiberglass anti glare panels in terms of wind resistance load F and deformation resistance R.

Test method for anti glare board:

Wind resistant load: Fix the bottom of the anti glare board on the test platform, tighten the middle of the board with a special waveform fixture, use the center point of the fixture as the mechanical traction point, and use a rigid connecting medium to firmly connect with the traction part of the testing machine through a fixed pulley. The traction point should be on the same straight line as the lower edge of the fixed pulley, and the traction direction should be perpendicular to the surface of the anti glare board. When the connecting medium is completely relaxed, pull at a speed of 100mm/min until the anti glare board surface ruptures or reaches the maximum load, stop the test, and the maximum traction load received is the wind resistant load of the sample. Conduct three sets of experiments in this way, and take the arithmetic mean of the three test results as the test result.
