1、 Introduction to personnel positioning systems for substations, nuclear power plants, and hydropower stations:
Ultra high voltage substations, nuclear power plants, and hydropower stations are the core components of the power grid system, and their safety production is related to the safety and efficiency of the entire power grid operation. Power stations and power plants are high-risk production areas, so daily operation and maintenance inspections of power stations and power plants require real-time positioning, video surveillance linkage, abnormal event alarm, personnel danger seeking, historical data query, operation and maintenance work assessment and other functions to ensure the safety of maintenance work and the efficiency of operation and maintenance work. After years of application research and technological accumulation, we have launched a power personnel positioning system based on UWB high-precision real-time 3D positioning, which helps power stations and power plants achieve automation and information management of operation and maintenance work.
2、 Solution for personnel positioning system in substations, nuclear power plants, and hydropower stations
This system consists of UWB high-precision real-time positioning subsystem, video monitoring subsystem, and monitoring center subsystem. The positioning subsystem adopts UWB technology. Due to the strict height and material requirements of the equipment in the ultra-high voltage working area, the positioning base station is installed at a height of 3 meters in the area near the wall, and the internal height is 2 meters. By deploying a small number of base station points, the entire field area can be covered;
Wear UWB tags on operation and maintenance personnel, vehicles, and related equipment to achieve high-precision positioning throughout the entire area. Linking location data with high-definition pan tilt video surveillance to achieve automatic video tracking, and combining with GIS to achieve virtual reality monitoring;
The operation and maintenance security subsystem software provides rich functions such as abnormal alarm, big data analysis, and historical tracing. The monitoring center can monitor all areas of the entire factory.
The wired network subsystem adopts an open architecture based on TCP/IP and standard routing switching network technology to provide a data communication network between the positioning system and various positioning base stations. The main transmission of UWB system is completed through the wired network subsystem to ensure the accuracy of backbone transmission. The wireless network subsystem, as an extension of wired network information transmission, provides data feedback support for some coverage areas where wired networks cannot be deployed.
The wireless positioning system consists of subsystems such as positioning software system, positioning base station system, and network subsystem.
