II LBH-2Asphalt solvent recovery deviceStructure and working principle
The container is entirely made of stainless steel and is divided into two chambers. The distillation chamber is located on the right side, and the storage chamber (including the condenser) is located on the left side. The solvent in the distillation chamber is about 10 liters, and the storage chamber has a volume of 6 liters. There are two water nozzles at the bottom of the container, one on the right for releasing asphalt solution and one on the left for releasing recovered solvent. There are no two sets of resistance wire heaters under the distillation chamber. The condenser is located on the upper part of the left storage unit and consists of 8 layers of coils. It is directly connected to tap water for cooling. The upper cover is sealed with a corrosion-resistant rubber ring to prevent the escape of trichloroethylene vapor gas and pollution of the environment. The temperature controller is located in the power supply room, and its contacts are in contact with the heating medium. When the set temperature is reached, the power is immediately cut off, and the entire process is automatically completed. There are two level gauges installed in front of the object. The level gauge on the right is mainly used to check the liquid poured in for recycling. After rectification, if the level gauge can still see the residual liquid level, then open the water nozzle on the right to release the residual liquid. If the liquid level on the left level gauge reaches the unknown upper line, open the water nozzle on the left to release the cleaned trichloroethylene liquid. There is a sieve in the funnel to prevent granular objects from entering the distillation chamber. There is a splash guard in the middle of the funnel mouth, which is placed on the right side when introducing contaminated liquid. The lower part of the electrical box is equipped with an insulating cover plate to prevent personnel from getting electric shock. LBH-2Working principle: When the electric heating is powered on, the electrical energy is converted into thermal energy through the resistance wire, causing the trichloroethylene asphalt solution placed in the container to heat up. When the temperature of the solution reaches the boiling point of trichloroethylene solvent (86.7 ℃), trichloroethylene evaporates from liquid to gas through molecular motion. At this time, asphalt oil and other impurities remain stagnant in the solution due to their high boiling point. The evaporation process is a heating process, and although the electric heater is still working, the temperature of the solution will not increase. When all trichloroethylene in the solution is evaporated, the remaining asphalt liquid remains in the right chamber of the container. The trichloroethylene gas enters the left chamber through the space at the top of the container, and the cooling circulating water in the left chamber cools the trichloroethylene vapor molecules, causing the temperature to drop and return to liquid in the left chamber. This completes the recovery of trichloroethylene.
III LBH-2Artificial program
1. Connect the power supply and securely link the inlet and outlet water with the rectifier using flexible hoses.
2. Pour the solution that needs to be recycled into the distillation chamber, and pour a large amount of about 10 liters at once.
3. By cooling water, turn on the main power switch, the red indicator light will turn on, press the heating button, the heating indicator light will turn on, and the instrument will start working and enter the heating state.
4. After the rectification of the instrument is completed, the power should be cut off immediately.
5. The operator observes the liquid level in the glass tube through the liquid level gauge. If the asphalt liquid level is seen, the right water nozzle shut-off valve should be opened to drain the asphalt liquid. When the liquid level of the left level gauge reaches the upper limit position, the water nozzle should be opened in time to release the recovered solution.
6. The temperature switch in the thermostat can be adjusted according to the different boiling points of different solvents. The control temperature of this instrument is set according to the temperature of trichloroethylene (86 ℃) when it leaves the factory, and should not be changed arbitrarily. If other asphalt solvents are used, the temperature should be mastered and adjusted first.
4、 Precautions
1. Always check the pH value of the distilled solvent (chlorinated hydrocarbons). If the pH value is below 5, the entire interior of the recycler will be damaged. In this case, the pharmacist should clean the distillation chamber.
2. The outer skin of the instrument is grounded during use.
3. Do not leave people while the instrument is working.
4. When cleaning the instrument, unplug the power plug and prevent water from entering the electrical components.
