Workflow:
This automated assembly vehicle system is suitable for granulation and packaging after completion. Composed of linear drive gantry, robotic arm, conveyor belt and other related control components and control systems.
Manually park the truck carrying the product to the designated area for handling. Press the system start button, the conveyor belt drives, and the robotic arm reaches the predetermined position. The robotic arm grabs the products on the conveyor belt, and after grabbing, the robotic arm automatically runs to the carriage area for palletizing. The stacking form is set by the stacking function package control system. After this palletizing is completed, the robotic arm continues to run to the conveyor belt gripping area for the next gripping. Repeat the above operation posture to achieve automatic assembly of the vehicle.
