Sampling is taken from the opening of the sealed tank, and the gas is measured for temperature and humidity through a bypass temperature and humidity sensor. Alternatively, after passing through the main circuit, the gas is cooled, filtered, and depressurized through a condenser, drain valve, and pressure reducing valve, and then measured for hydrogen and oxygen concentration through H2 and O2 sensors. All sensors can output 4-20mA current signals to the computer for display and storage.

In the system scheme, a pure imported gas sensor is selected, which applies the principle of controlled potential electrolysis to detect H2 and O2. Its structure is to set up a working electrode, a counter electrode, and a reference electrode in the electrolyte, separated from the outside by a semi permeable membrane. The measured gas passes through the semi permeable membrane to reach the working electrode, where an oxidation-reduction reaction occurs. The sensor will have a corresponding current output, and this weak current signal is proportional to the concentration of the measured gas. After amplification and processing, this current signal displays the concentration of the gas.
