Equipment configuration, working principle and function

Tank type (non negative pressure) stacked water supply equipment:

  • Tap water enters the system through the inlet pipe, passes through a filter, backflow prevention device, flow meter, and pipe network protector, and enters the stabilizing tank. The outlet end of the stabilizing tank is connected to the inlet main pipe of the water pump group. The main pipe branches off and enters the water pump and bypass pipeline through valves. The outlet of the water pump is connected to the outlet main pipe through a noise reducing check valve and a disc valve.

Working principle explanation

  • During the low peak period of water use, when the municipal pipeline network has sufficient water supply and the water supply pressure fully meets the pressure requirements of the user's pipeline network, the microcomputer control system controls the water pump to enter a sleep energy-saving state or a short-term low-speed operation of a single pump to supplement pressure. The user's water is directly supplied from the equipment bypass.

  • During peak water usage periods, when the pressure in the municipal pipeline network is insufficient but the water supply can meet the needs of users, the pressure in the pipeline network is directly added to the inlet of the water pump. The microcomputer control system adjusts the speed of the water pump and the number of water pumps involved in the operation based on the user's water consumption to supplement the insufficient water supply pressure in the pipeline network. The system maintains constant pressure water supply to users.

  • When the water demand of the user increases and the water supply of the pipeline network is less than the user's required water supply, the microcomputer control system will detect the real-time inlet pressure value of the pipeline network and use computer calculus fuzzy control to timely reduce the speed of the water pump, control the water supply to the user, ensure that the water supply equipment does not generate negative pressure suction in the municipal pipeline network, and will not stop water supply due to insufficient water supply.

  • As the pressure in the pipeline gradually decreases to the pre-set protection pressure value, the microcomputer control system also gradually reduces the speed of the water pump until the system automatically stops running.

  • When the system is powered off, it is completely supplied by the municipal pipeline network for natural water supply; Automatically wake up the device when a call is received.

  • When the water supply network is completely shut down, the system will automatically shut down; When water comes in, restore normal operation.
