1、 Product Introduction
The Bionon-96P non-contact ultrasonic DNA disruptor uses an isothermal, non-contact method to break, homogenize, and mix 32 samples at once through a centrifuge tube. It can be used for aseptic, ultra micro fragmentation, and chromosome breakage, specially customized for the pre-treatment of second-generation sequencing DNA samples and chromatin immunoprecipitation experimental samples. It can handle at least 5UL of micro samples and is suitable for precious samples.
2、 Product Features
1. High throughput: Up to 96 samples can be processed simultaneously with high experimental efficiency.
2. Avoid cross contamination: There is no need to frequently operate the probe, and various samples are placed in separate fully enclosed test tubes to avoid cross contamination. Meanwhile, in a sealed environment, it can effectively prevent the potential biological hazards caused by the diffusion of gas mist or foam generated during the ultrasound process into the environment.
3. Good repeatability and high accuracy: The ultrasound parameter settings are flexible, the experimental steps are standardized, the experimental repeatability is good, and the reliability of the results is high.
4. Good sample protection: 4 ℃ low-temperature water bath ultrasound is used, with uniform energy distribution and complete ultrasound effect, avoiding sample denaturation in low-temperature environment.
5. Rich configuration: Multiple adapters ranging from 0.1ml to 15ml can be configured to meet the needs of various sample experiments;
6. Low experimental cost: No special consumables are required, and the experimental cost is relatively low.
However, traditional probe ultrasonic disruptors have direct contact between the probe and the sample, and can only process one sample at a time, resulting in a long experimental period; For multiple samples, it is necessary to reuse the same probe, which can easily cause cross contamination of the samples. Due to the different depths at which the probe is inserted into the sample, the energy distribution of each ultrasound is also different, which affects the repeatability and accuracy of the experimental results. In addition, since the closed system cannot be used, the aerosol or foam generated in the ultrasonic process will spread to the environment, causing potential biological hazards. Compared with BIONON series non-contact ultrasonic DNA interrupter, it has obvious advantages.
3、 Working principle
By using piezoelectric converters, electrical signals are converted into high-frequency acoustic signals, generating millions of molecular "holes". The instantaneous fluid shear force generated by the enlargement and rupture of "holes" within a few seconds is utilized to break, homogenize, and mix the sample in an isothermal, non-contact manner.
