The DSJ-6 electronic two-color liquid level gauge is mainly suitable for small and medium-sized steam boilers, with the advantage of clear water level display, high and low water level sound and light alarms, which are conducive to preventing boiler water shortage accidents. At present, the dual color water level gauges sold in the market generally have drawbacks such as complex structure, difficult debugging, unclear display when the water quality is poor, turbid red and green colors, frequent wiping and replacement of color plates, lamps, and glass plates, frequent leakage of sealing parts requiring frequent replacement, and extremely high maintenance costs. They do not have functions such as high and low water level sound and light alarms, causing difficulties in use. 3、 Installation and use

1. This product needs to be installed vertically with a maximum deviation of ≤ 3 °. It is connected to the container through a flange, and a shut-off valve needs to be installed between the water level gauge flange and the container for easy daily maintenance.

2. Connect the sensor to the container being measured, install a DN15 valve at the lower end of the sensor discharge flange, and connect it to the discharge pipeline of the original liquid level gauge.

3. Connect the power supply correctly according to the power box provided by the manufacturer, and the liquid level gauge should display a full red color.

4. First, slowly open the upper valve, then slowly open the lower valve. It is necessary to inject pressure slowly to prevent the sensor from suddenly being damaged by pressure, causing the liquid to slowly flow into the float. Observe the liquid level display and switch from red to green one by one.

4、 Precautions

If the liquid level displayed on this level gauge does not match the actual liquid level during frequent use, for example, if the liquid level display remains unchanged, it is mostly due to sensor fouling or blockage of the gas-liquid phase port, and it must be regularly drained.
