This machine is equipped with a conveyor belt, chain, and automatic drive, with two optional configurations: a collection station at the unloading port or a connecting chain to connect with the subsequent labeling machine. All are standard models, and this machine is equipped with a wine pump outlet controlled by a liquid level probe; Mechanical or electronic speed control devices can be optionally selected. Easy to operate
1) All operations of loading, bottle flushing, filling, liquid level self balancing, vacuuming and plugging, and screw cap sealing can be precisely controlled.
2) This machine manually places the bottle directly on the chain; The bottles are directly transported by the conveyor belt to the turntable of the bottle washing machine.
3) The bottle will automatically flow under the fixture, and the gripper will block the bottle mouth and rotate it 180 degrees axially to position the bottle mouth at the nozzle for flushing cycle. The next stage is the release of excess water droplets, followed by the third stage of nitrogen injection.
4) The EVO cylinder lifts the bottle and the filling valve efficiently, quickly, and safely fills the liquid.
5) EVO2 valve is equipped with a self liquid level balancing system, which is independent of the filling system used. Therefore, the bottles flowing out of the filling machine have been perfectly leveled and do not require any other level control instruments.
6) After filling, the bottle can be sent to the capping wheel in a few seconds. The innovative KUV1 kit uses compressed air under vacuum conditions instead of using a vacuum pump, achieving high sealing performance.
7) The filled bottle can also be sent to the screw cap turntable a few seconds later. This machine functions on one device, including a central star wheel that moves bottles to different positions for washing and drying. Firstly, the high-speed rotating brush cleans the neck and bottom of the bottle. Then, the working head of the top working part descends to firmly fix the bottle on the bottle holder.
