The small magnetic ring powder coating machine is developed by the company based on some newly launched projects in the market, where the production demand is not very high and the use of large-scale production machines is not very practical

The painting equipment consists of heating box, electrical control system, painting host, curing box, feeding tray and other parts. The floor area is approximately 800mm in length, 700mm in width, and 1300mm in height

The mechanization level of the equipment is very high, and the Siemens control system is used, which utilizes servo motors to accurately position the module and run it up and down. The equipment comes with a curing device, which does not require secondary curing, and the curing time can be adjusted by oneself. The magnetic ring is automatically coated with powder, with uniform coating thickness, no contacts, and a smooth and beautiful surface.

1、 Automatic operation process:

In manual mode, the servo motor returns to zero, adjusts each component to the closed state, adjusts the curing box to the rear position, and the correct position value exists in the working coordinate box, starting the feeding process.

The heating furnace adopts heating tubes for heating, with adjustable heating time and furnace temperature guarantee (150-280 ℃). The heating time and temperature can be adjusted

Place the workpiece on the machine and press the automatic knob to turn it to automatic mode. Click the one key start button to start

● Turn on the curing lamp preheating manually in advance and set the corresponding delay value. Adjustable curing time and curing temperature

2、 Shutdown operation process:

Adjust the key knob to the off position and turn off the system.

● Close each circuit breaker. If there is an external separate control for the main circuit breaker of this equipment, simply close the main circuit breaker.

3、 Processing scope

The equipment uses various circular workpieces for painting. There is no requirement for the inner diameter of the workpiece in the equipment, and it can be processed from 20-50mm according to the outer diameter. The equipment has no requirements for the material of the workpiece (except for amorphous materials with low weight). The coating thickness can be guaranteed to be 0.2-0.5mm

4、 Cycle efficiency

Each cycle lasts 1-3 minutes, regardless of heating time. 10-15 workpieces (with an outer diameter of 27mm as an example) are placed on each material tray
