1、 Overview
1.1 The hammer crusher is a fruit and vegetable crushing machinery designed by our company with international advanced level in the 1990s. It is suitable for crushing fruit and vegetable raw materials such as apples, pears, carrots, potatoes, etc. It has the characteristics of novel structure, compactness, energy saving, high production capacity, and wide applicability. All are made of stainless steel, which complies with food hygiene and can be used as a standalone unit or easily connected.

2.2 The main unit of the machine is composed of components such as the machine door, hammer plate, screen mesh, spindle, and body;
2.3 The whole machine includes an inlet and outlet hopper, a main engine, a frame, transmission components, etc. During operation, the motor drives the main shaft to rotate at high speed through a pair of pulleys, and the main shaft is equipped with several hammer pieces. The material falls freely from the elevator into the feeding hopper and is chopped by a high-speed rotating hammer. Due to the centrifugal force, the crushed material particles fall into the discharge hopper through the waist shaped sieve holes and are then pumped into the next process by a separate screw pump.
★ Advantages: The crushing particle size is consistent, and the particle size is determined by the size of the waist shaped sieve holes.

4、 Installation, use, and maintenance
4.1 Tighten the bolts of each part on the machine;
4.2 The whole machine should be leveled with a spirit level and fixed with expansion screws. Tilting and vibration are not allowed;
4.3 Clean the inside and outside of the machine and check if the door lock is secure;
4.4 Add lubricating grease to each lubrication part, and then add it every 100 hours thereafter;
4.5 Check if the tension of the V-belt is appropriate, and manually rotate it smoothly without any abnormalities;
After confirming the accuracy of 4.6, turn on the power and test run the machine several times before starting production;
4.7 After the work is completed, the inside and outside of the machine should be cleaned to maintain cleanliness;
4.8 Regularly check whether the motor is overloaded and overheating, and contact maintenance personnel in a timely manner if there are any adverse phenomena;
Do not open the machine door until the machine has stopped rotating.
