Special car wash room fiberglass grille structure features:
Structure 1: ST50-4 square tube is used as the column and upper crossbar, RT-30 × 20 round tube is used as the middle crossbar, and corrugated plate is used as the skirting board. The upper crossbar is connected to the column through fiberglass connectors supplemented with adhesive and pins. A circular hole is drilled in the corresponding part of the middle crossbar on the column, and the round tube is inserted into the hole. Fiberglass pins are inserted vertically into the circular tube in the column; The waveform board is connected to the column through stainless steel rivets or plastic rivets.
Structure 2: ST-60-4.7 square tube is used as the column, ST50-4 square tube is used as the crossbar, corrugated plate is used as the skirting board, and ST-50-4 square tube is threaded through the ST60-4.7 square tube, with fiberglass locking pins. Other connections refer to structure one.
The installation of columns can take three forms:
1. Fixed to the side of the foundation by expansion bolts;
2. Set reserved holes in the corresponding parts of the foundation, insert the columns into them during installation, and then fill them with cement mortar;
3. Pre embed iron plates in the corresponding parts of the foundation, weld vertical iron plates on them, and fix the columns and vertical iron plates with screws.
