Main functions:
A card furnace, also known as a card type moisture sampler, works by heating a sample in a closed sample bottle above the boiling point of water, and then using a dry carrier gas (dry air or high-purity nitrogen) to load the evaporated water vapor from the sample bottle into the Karl Fischer reagent of the moisture analyzer to measure its moisture content.
The moisture analyzer based on Karl Fischer titration principle cannot directly measure the moisture content of some samples that are difficult to dissolve in Karl Fischer reagent or have oxidation-reduction reactions with Karl Fischer reagent, such as plastic particles, rubber, graphite, lubricating oil, solid drugs, etc., and requires the help of“Portable gas stove”To process such samples and complete moisture measurement.
