Cast iron copper inlaid square gates are mainly used in water supply and drainage, flood prevention, irrigation, water conservancy and hydropower projects, to cut off, dredge water flow or regulate water level.
1. The door body, door frame, etc. are made of gray cast iron (* or ductile iron), with high structural strength, good corrosion resistance, and high pressure bearing capacity (positive pressure of 0.1MPa)
2. The sealing surface is made of bronze precision machining, with good sealing performance and low water leakage: 0.72L/mxmin in forward direction and 1.25L/mxmin reverse direction
3. Complete variety, wide applicability, easy installation and debugging.
The water head refers to the height of the bottom of the gate at the highest water level, and the opening and closing force refers to the opening and closing force under positive pressure.
