Mainly suitable for air purification systems in various clean rooms. Comfortable places such as hotels, shopping malls, airports, hospitals, factories, research institutions, etc. In terms of installation, there are three types to choose from: air-cooled cold air type, air-cooled heat pump type, and air-cooled fresh air type.
The cooling and heating medium of the unit should be pure softened water, with a working pressure not exceeding 1.6Mpa.
During normal operation of the unit, the temperature rise of the fan bearings should not exceed 40 ℃.
3. The outlet pipe of the unit is equipped with an exhaust valve. When the unit is not used for a long time in winter, the water in the coil should be drained and dried with compressed air. If the water cannot be blown clean, antifreeze should be added to the pipe. If the unit is temporarily not running during the winter season, it should be ensured that there is hot water circulation in the pipes to prevent rust and freezing. Except for winter, when the heat exchanger is not in use in other seasons, it should also be filled with water to reduce erosion.
6. The filter should be cleaned regularly to ensure the effectiveness of the unit. If a decrease in air volume is found, it is generally caused by excessive dust accumulation on the filter.
7. After one month of operation, the lifting and fastening bolts should be checked for looseness.
After two to three years of operation, the unit should undergo comprehensive maintenance to remove the scale inside the heat exchanger tubes and clean the heat exchanger fins with compressed air or water. Fan. Lubricating parts such as motors should be regularly lubricated with lubricating oil.
