1、 Overview
This series of cement (concrete) constant temperature and humidity curing boxes adopts an advanced intelligent temperature and humidity control system, which can accurately command functions such as heating, cooling, and humidification. Perform fully automatic switching to achieve dynamic balance of temperature and humidity inside the box, and can also install automatic timed printers and water level sensors. Thereby improving the accuracy and automation control level of temperature and humidity specified in standard curing conditions, reducing energy consumption, replacing existing low-grade standard curing boxes and non-standard curing rooms built by enterprises, and achieving standard environment for specimen state regulation and testing.

3、 Working principle
This instrument adopts precision platinum resistancePt100As a temperature sensing element, it is characterized by high performance(A/D)The converter will be transmitted by a multiplexer. The temperature and humidity equivalent voltage signals are converted into corresponding digital signals, which are then processed by a single-chip microprocessor for display and control. When the temperature is below the lower limit of the set temperature control value, the instrument outputs a heating control signal. When the temperature is above the upper limit of the set temperature control value, the instrument outputs a cooling control signal. When the temperature enters the window area of the set control value, the instrument outputs a cooling control signal(CERWhen setting the area, the instrument stops heating or cooling and enters a constant temperature state. 4、 Instructions for use
1The instrument should be placed in a ventilated and dry place at ambient temperature2~38℃,Relative humidity not exceeding85%,Indoor use without strong vibrations or strong electromagnetic fields around.
2After the instrument is placed steadily, check whether the door switch is flexible and whether the electrical, cooling and other components are damaged.
3Add water to the water tank inside the box until it is below the bottom shelf and above the electric heating tube2cmOpen the side door and fill the humidifier water tank with distilled water
Fill the plastic ball in the temperature measuring dry wet box with water and soak the gauze in the water.

6、 Precautions
1If the voltage fluctuation of the power supply exceeds the specified range of use, a power stabilizer must be installed, otherwise it will damage the instrument and refrigeration unit.
2The power grounding must be reliable, as poor grounding can pose a danger to your personal safety.
3Regularly check the humidifier and water tank, do not cut off the water in the dry and wet box, and replace the gauze inside the box every month.
4Non relevant personnel are not allowed to change the control program data without authorization, in order to avoid instrument loss of control and damage.
7、 General troubleshooting
1The whole machine is not working: Check if the power switch and fuse are damaged.
2Not cooling: Check if the instrument displays the cooling status, check if the compressor overload protector and starter are damaged. If the compressor can operate normally but not cooling, it may be due to refrigerant leakage.
3Humidifier not humidifying: Check if the small fan inside the humidifier is working, if the water level inside the humidifier base is too high, if the humidifier is placed too tilted, and if the atomizing transducer is clean.
4Large temperature difference inside the box: Check if the fan is working. If the cooling indicator light is on but the fan is not working, the fan is damaged or the fuse is broken.
5Occasionally, due to the impact of external electrical signals, the instrument may lose control of its digital display. Simply turn off the power switch or unplug the power plug, and then restart it to work normally.
