One Overview
The ZB-551 ceramic vacuum water absorption tester meets the requirements of GB/T3810.3-2016 and ISO10545-3-1995 for measuring water absorption, apparent porosity, apparent relative density, and bulk density. It uses vacuum method to measure the water absorption, apparent porosity, and bulk density of daily ceramics, building and sanitary ceramics, electric ceramics, and refractory materials. It also meets the measurement conditions of GB/T17794-2008 flexible foam rubber plastic thermal insulation products Appendix C Vacuum water absorption test method.

II Main technical parameters
1. Vacuum degree: ≥ 0.09Mpa can be set;
2. Vacuum extraction time: 0-99 minutes and 59 seconds continuously adjustable;
3. Soaking time: 0-99 minutes and 59 seconds continuously adjustable;
4. Capacity: Choose between two specifications: Φ 250 × 300mm or Φ 400 × 450mm;
5. Power supply: 220V
Note: Includes one vacuum testing device and one sample holder. The buyer shall provide a static water balance of 2000 grams/0.01 grams. If the supplier needs to provide it, the cost will be calculated separately.
