System Overview

HDS-HFC2000The microcomputer monitoring system for the measurement of coal entering the furnace adopts the experience of designing and manufacturing nuclear belt scales by Hefei Haiming Technology for more than ten years. It combines automatic control technology with industrial control computers and uses the lifting signal of the coal plow to complete the measurement control of each furnace. At the same time, resistance rotary or capacitive level switches can be installed at the lower and upper parts of the coal bunker to achieve automated coal loading (programmed). The coal level of the coal bunker can be monitored, and the system can control the lifting and lowering of the plow coal according to the changes in the coal level in the monitored coal bunker. Automatic coal loading without the need for operator intervention. This system has the advantages of accurate measurement, low maintenance, complete statistical reports, and low renovation costs.
