The whole machine is composed of main transmission, cup dropping, feeding, filling, metering, mechanical arm suction film, heat sealing, finished product conveying, and electrical control mechanisms. When the motor is running, it simultaneously drives the membrane plate to move forward, the gasket head to move up and down, and the water pump to work. This is achieved through the transmission of connecting rods and chains. The mechanical arm suction of the membrane is completed by two cylinders and one vacuum generator, and the opening and closing time of three solenoid valves is controlled by three proximity switches, which in turn controls the action of the cylinders.

1. Connect the air pressure to the machine and turn on the air source to ensure a pressure of 0.75-0.85.

2. Check the power switch and ensure that the manual/stop/automatic switch is in the stop position.

3. Insert the machine power plug into an AC220V single-phase three wire socket, making sure to ensure good grounding.

4. Turn the manual/stop/automatic switch on the control panel to the manual position, turn on the power switch, and the power indicator light will be on at this moment.

5. Turn on the temperature controller switch, set the sealing temperature, and start heating the electric heating element. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the set temperature.

6. Wait for the hot stamping head temperature to rise to the set temperature (at this moment, the green indicator light on the thermometer is off and the red indicator light is on).

7. If you turn the manual/stop/automatic switch to the manual position and press any of the enable switches (sealing 1, sealing 2, film loading, film calibration, coding, filling, cup delivery) with your hand, the corresponding indicator light will light up, and the machine will start executing the corresponding program.

8. Turn the manual/stop/automatic switch to the automatic position, and all other enable switches will not be turned on (indicator lights will not be on). At this time, only the board will be operated. If sealing or other functions are needed, turn on the corresponding enable switch (indicator lights will be on). When the product is sealed and sent out from the cup, check if the seal is secure and make appropriate adjustments according to the specific situation.

1. Before starting up, lubricate all operating components once.

2. Before starting up, clean the sealing hot head thoroughly. To prevent any impact on the sealing effect.
