Product Features

The Coen new machining center (Evo) adopts digital direct feed drive, which has faster acceleration and feed speed. The overall artificial granite machine structure absorbs the forces caused by faster acceleration and feed rate.

The design principles of complex axis systems are the foundation of high precision for Cohen machine tools. The high-precision roller slide and diamond shaped linear guide, as well as the absence of reverse clearance warning, ensure that the machine tool accuracy remains constant.

Selected high-precision roller screws are used for transmission at the center positions of each axis, and a Heidenhain grating ruler with a resolution of 0.1 microns is used for positioning feedback. The slide rail and roller screw both use permanent lubrication, thus achieving maintenance free operation.

The Cohen Evo revolutionary machining center is designed specifically for applications that require the following:

·Excellent workpiece accuracy

·The roughness can reach Ra ≤ 0.1 microns

·Capable of processing critical materials and steel

·High efficiency, high acceleration, high feed rate

·Provide automatic feeding device for mass production (capable of three-axis or five axis linkage processing)

Suitable for micro drilling and micro carving, with high dimensional accuracy, positional accuracy, and excellent surface smoothness

·Powerful vector control spindle (30000-60000 revolutions per minute)

·CNC high-precision indexing head (for 4-axis and 5-axis)

·Optional 32-bit, 63 bit, 95 bit automatic tool changer magazine

·Equipped with 24 workstations for automatic replacement of workpieces in the warehouse, with the option to select 36, 60, or more workstations (to prepare for future improvements)

·Contact type workpiece automatic measurement probe with infrared data transmission function (can only be used in conjunction with vector control spindle or directional spindle)

·Equipped with linear measurement system or laser measurement system, capable of measuring tool length and tool radius
