Collin blown film machine can be used for sample preparation for polymer functional testing, multi-layer film blow molding production, quality control for color distribution or defect detection, and production of small films or hoses in the food and medical fields. Collin's unique modular system design enables production line configurations with up to 13 layers of film, and is matched with extruder screw diameters. The blown film machine can be equipped with a melt pump or a volume/weight loss quantitative feeding system to ensure real-time monitoring of the wall thickness ratio of each layer of film.

The membrane bubble is introduced downwards into the water-cooled ring, and then subjected to flat pressing, necessary drying treatment, and finally pulled and coiled.
