The comprehensive supervision and application system for drainage safety is centered on building a refined and intelligent regional water management system, with a focus on addressing the shortcomings of drainage informatization and strengthening basic perception/support capabilities. With the help of technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, AI vision, satellite remote sensing, and cloud computing, the system aims to construct three major systems for drainage: "intelligent perception, basic support, and intelligent application". Based on the monitoring route of "Yuanwang Factory River", systematic monitoring will be carried out from three business applications: strengthening the diagnostic ability of drainage system problems, supporting the joint scheduling of urban drainage systems, and supporting the improvement of sewage treatment quality and efficiency.

1、 System functions
1. Monitoring of drainage pipeline network
Through dynamic GIS, a multi-dimensional visual display of monitoring point information in the drainage system can be achieved, enabling real-time monitoring and early warning of equipment, data, etc., as well as functions such as data query and analysis, pump station control linkage, etc.
2. Urban waterlogging monitoring
Using GIS to display a map of urban waterlogging monitoring, providing a visual representation of the distribution of urban waterlogging and a comprehensive understanding of the urban waterlogging situation. Real time monitoring of liquid level, rainfall data, and video status, with real-time alarm display in case of abnormalities. Trend analysis of liquid level and rainfall data from waterlogging monitoring points to form trend curves, providing reference for urban road flood prevention and disaster reduction during the rainy season.
3. River system monitoring
Real time monitoring of the current status, liquid level, flow rate and other monitoring data of the river system, and real-time alarm display in case of abnormalities. At the same time, it can provide patrol inspection function, which allows viewing, editing, and uploading of patrol inspection content.
4. Monitoring of black and odorous water bodies
Real time monitoring data from online water quality monitoring instruments within the region and satellite remote sensing technology monitoring the phenomenon of black and odorous water bodies, achieving statistical analysis of black and odorous water quality data.
