(Concentrated/Dilute Mixing Tank) Preparation Tank: The N (X) PG series concentrated/dilute mixing tank is a fully sealed, vertical structure sanitary and clean equipment with heating, cooling, insulation, and mixing functions. It is a necessary drug preparation equipment for large infusion and small injection in the pharmaceutical industry. The tank is equipped with a sandwich layer that can be heated or cooled separately by introducing heating or cooling media, allowing the liquid medicine to be fully dissolved and blended through the operation of the stirring machine.

Construction Structure:

The N (X) PG series concentration/dilution tanks produced by our company have a reasonable design, advanced technology, and meet the requirements of national GMP certification. The tank body adopts a vertical double-layer structure, with a polished inner liner of Ra0.45 and an external mirror panel or frosted board for insulation, ensuring consistent gloss of the tank body. The interlayer is wrapped with spiral belt and heated by steam or cooled by cold water, and filled with insulation material. The upper and lower heads of the inner tank are standard elliptical shapes. The top of the tank is equipped with water inlet, feeding port, reflux port, disinfection port, cleaning ball, manhole, and installed with 0.22 μ m air respirator and stirring system. The bottom of the tank is equipped with a liquid outlet, a sewage outlet, a sampling outlet, a temperature probe (optional), and a liquid level sensor (optional)
