The machine consists of two parts: stainless steel toothed rollers and toothed spiral shafts. During operation, citrus fruits move axially and roll along the toothed rollers under the propulsion of the spiral shaft. The stainless steel teeth pierce the oil cells, and the oil is washed away by high-pressure water and enters the post separation process. Widely used for oil extraction in large citrus processing plants.
