The tightness of the lower part of the cyclone dust collector is another important factor affecting the dust removal efficiency. To achieve the design requirements for dust removal efficiency, it is necessary to ensure the tightness of the ash discharge port, and timely discharge the dust at the bottom of the dust collector cone while ensuring the tightness of the ash discharge port. If it cannot be continuously and timely discharged, high concentration dust will flow at the bottom, causing excessive wear of the cone.
