Product Overview The DBY3 series electric diaphragm pump adopts a cycloidal pinwheel reducer transmission, which drives the double diaphragm to reciprocate through the crankshaft slider mechanism, causing the working chamber volume to alternate and continuously suck in and discharge liquid. At the same time, in recent years, due to the breakthrough progress in diaphragm materials, the service life of diaphragms has been greatly extended, and therefore they are increasingly widely used to replace some centrifugal pumps and screw pumps in industries such as petrochemicals, ceramics, metallurgy, etc.
Model meaning
Performance characteristics 1. No need for irrigation, with a self-priming capacity of up to 7 meters. 2. With good performance, particles and mud with a diameter of less than 10 millimeters can pass through effortlessly. 3. Due to the separation of the conveying medium and transmission mechanical components by the diaphragm, the medium will never leak outward. And the pump itself has no shaft seal, greatly extending its service life. According to different media, diaphragms can be divided into chloroprene rubber, nitrile rubber, fluororubber, PTFE, etc., which can fully meet the requirements of different customers. 4. The medium flowing through the pump body can be divided into cast iron, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy according to user requirements. The motor is divided into two types: ordinary and explosion-proof.
