The DFG series (and derived hot water type) pipeline pump is designed by our company using hydraulic models and carefully designed according to different usage conditions for different types of users. The product quality follows the GB/T 5657-1995 "Technical Conditions for Centrifugal Pumps Class III" standard.
The DFG series pipeline pump simplifies the structure of intermediate transmission and enhances the smoothness of operation due to the direct connection between the motor and the pump. The pump adopts a pipeline structure, and the inlet and outlet of the pump can be installed at any position and direction of the pipeline like valves. Compared with ordinary horizontal pumps, it occupies 30% less space and has the characteristics of low operating noise and low vibration. The service life of vulnerable parts is greatly extended. This type of pump is widely favored in the market due to its stable performance, energy saving, small footprint, and compact structure.

The production process involves cyclic pressurization and conveying, and is suitable for supporting various water supply and drainage equipment, boilers, and other equipment;
Working conditions and scope
The volume of solid insoluble matter in the suction and discharge medium shall not exceed 1% of the volume, and the particle size shall be ≤ 0.2mm;
Flow range: 2~1400m ³/h;
Head range: 5-130m;
The maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the suction inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa;
When the import pressure is greater than 0.8MPa, the material of the pump body and pump cover must be changed, such as ductile iron QT450-10;
Medium temperature: -15 ℃ < T ≤+80 ℃, hot water type is 80 ℃ < T < 105 ℃, special orders are required for temperatures equal to or higher than 105 ℃;
Surrounding environmental temperature: ≤ 40 ℃;
Motor insulation level: Class B or Class F;
Motor protection level: IP54 or IP55.
