All liquid wetted components need to be resistant to the chemicals used. The membrane is made of NBR and coated with PTFE.
Compact design - saving expenses and space
The DMX water pump offers 12 different sizes of proportioning heads. Careful design work ensures that all products maintain a high degree of integrity. This can save material costs by placing multiple water pumps side by side in a limited space. The dual head version (DMX models 226 and 227) provides a cost-effective way to save space or adjust the dosage of two different chemicals. The additional capacity provided by the dual head version can also be used to achieve higher flow rates for a single chemical.
Attachments ensure the complete operation of the entire system
Various components designed specifically for the DMX series help optimize performance: AR control electronics (contact signal control, with multiplier and divisor functions, 4-20mA control through display and keypad, low-level/empty signal or stroke frequency control), built-in pressure relief valve, proportioning controller, diaphragm leakage detection, servo motor for automatic stroke length adjustment, PTC motor for variable frequency drive (VFD). We also provide pressure valves and pulse dampers.
