DPP100The series (3A2, 5C, 5F1, 3G) drilling rig is a type of drilling equipment installed on the Jiefang or Dongfeng chassis, which can be selected according to needs for hydraulic feeding, models with relocation, auxiliary hoisting and other devices. All models comply with the National III standard and have passed the 3C certification.According to national environmental protection requirements, most regions must meet the National IV standard for vehicle registration. Currently, the above models that meet the National IV standard have been changed to DPP100-3A3, DPP100-5C1, DPP100-5F2, and DPP100-3G1, while others remain unchanged.
1、 Scope of use of drilling rig:
(1) Drilling shallow wells and boreholes for seismic exploration during mineral prospecting and detailed exploration. (2) Drilling rig used for extracting liquids and natural gas.
(3) Drilling holes for building blasting purposes. (4) Shallow boreholes used for geological exploration or water supply in basic construction.2、 The main advantages of a drilling rig are:
(1) Hydraulic pressurization and strong pulling, labor-saving and safe. (2) The winch is a planetary winch, which is flexible, safe and reliable to operate; The auxiliary winch is a friction cone type that can perform impact and standard penetration work. (3) The mud pump has strong self-priming ability and can adjust 10 levels of flow rate. (4) The turntable can automatically move the machine to open the hole and reduce physical labor, extending its service life (DPP100-5 series). (5) Active drilling rod has good rigidity and self weight; When drilling geophysical boreholes, pressure can be applied by self weight. (6) The front and rear four legs and landing tower are all hydraulically operated, which is convenient and reliable. (7) By extending the drilling process, reducing auxiliary time, and improving drilling efficiency (DPP100-5 series). (8) The driver's cab has fully enclosed single, double, and three row seats, with a seating capacity of 3-6 people.
