Product Introduction
1、 Scope of application
DZ15LE residual current circuit breakerIt is a neutral to ground leakage protection device suitable for circuits with AC 50Hz, rated voltage 380V, and rated current up to 63A (100A). It is used for leakage protection and can also be used to prevent fire hazards caused by grounding fault currents due to equipment insulation damage. And it can be used to protect the circuit and motor from overload and short circuit, and can also be used for infrequent switching of the circuit and infrequent starting of the motor. The rated leakage action value of the residual current circuit breaker can be adjusted by switching according to actual usage requirements.The DZ15LE residual current circuit breaker complies with the GB14048.2 standard.
2、 DZ15LE leakage circuit breaker model and specifications

Note: Type A N-pole does not have overcurrent release components installed, and the N-pole is always connected and does not open or close together with other three poles;
B-type N-pole does not have overcurrent release components installed, and the N-pole is opened and closed together with other three poles.
Protection type: Overcurrent release for distribution protection; An overcurrent release is used for motor protection.
3、 Normal working conditions and installation conditions of DZ15LE residual current circuit breaker
The altitude of the installation location shall not exceed 2000 meters.◆ Surrounding air temperature
The upper limit of ambient air temperature shall not exceed+40 ℃;
The average 24-hour ambient air temperature should not exceed+35 ℃;
The lower limit of ambient air temperature shall not be lower than -5 ℃.
◆ Atmospheric conditions
The relative temperature of the atmosphere should not exceed 50% when the highest temperature around is+40 ℃, and there can be higher relative humidity at lower temperatures. When the average lowest temperature in the wettest month is+25 ℃, the monthly average maximum relative humidity is 90%, taking into account the condensation that occurs on the surface of the product due to temperature changes.
◆ Installation conditions
◇ Installed in a location free from impact, vibration, and rain, with the upper terminal connected to the power side and the lower terminal connected to the load side, with a tilt angle of no more than 5 ° from the vertical plane.
The installation category is Class III.
The pollution level is level 3.
The external magnetic field near the installation site of the residual current circuit breaker shall not exceed 5 times the geomagnetic field in any direction.

5、 Structure and Working Principle of DZ15LE Circuit Breaker
DZ15LE residual current circuit breakerThe electronic residual current circuit breaker is mainly composed of zero sequence current transformers, electronically controlled residual current release devices, and circuit breakers with overload and short-circuit protection. All components are housed in a plastic casing.When there is leakage or personal electric shock in the protected circuit, as long as the leakage current reaches the operating current value, the secondary winding of the zero sequence transformer outputs a signal and the circuit breaker is activated through the leakage release, thereby cutting off the power supply and providing protection against leakage and electric shock.
When overload or short circuit occurs in the protected circuit, the hydraulic release completes delayed or instantaneous release action, causing the residual current circuit breaker to operate. Thus cutting off the power supply provides overload or short circuit protection.
