The WaveLink 4-6 GHz differential probe from Lico is a universal testing probe with high dynamic range and paranoia range.
Complete detection system
A cost-effective comprehensive detection kit, including differential amplifier, soldering front-end, quick connect front-end, square socket front-end, point measurement front-end, cables, matching connection parts, brackets, and other accessories. The probe and accessories are packaged in a portable soft bag, making it very convenient and easy for you to choose the bandwidth you need.
High dynamic range and bias range
The high bandwidth, high input dynamic range, and large bias range make Dx10&Dx20 very suitable for DDR testing.
Advanced portable soft bag
A high-end portable pouch is very convenient for packaging all parts of the probe system.
Various front-end options
