Inertial Navigation Testing Equipment
The inertial testing turntable has two driving modes, electric and manual, as needed. It can be divided into single axis, double axis, and three-axis turntables according to its structure, and has multiple functions such as position, velocity, swing, tracking, etc. It is used for ground testing of various inertial devices, inertial combinations, tracking devices, etc.
The inertial navigation test turntable consists of a mechanical platform and a measurement and control system. The mechanical platform structure usually has two types according to needs: frame type and table type. It is supported by precision angular contact ball bearings, driven by torque motors, equipped with angle measuring components such as photoelectric encoders and circular induction synchronizers, and also equipped with speed measuring machines, photoelectric sensors, and other devices. The measurement and control system consists of an angle measurement unit, a servo control unit, and an upper control computer. The angle measurement accuracy can reach 3 arc seconds, and the rate accuracy can reach 4 × 10E-5 or more.
The dual axis testing turntable consists of two main parts: a mechanical platform and a measurement and control system. The platform adopts a U-T structure and a precision mechanical axis system, which has the functions of position, velocity, and low-frequency sine oscillation motion. It can provide accurate single axis and dual axis positioning and velocity reference for the tested load, and is used for static testing and calibration of inertial components and inertial navigation systems. The mechanical platform has two degrees of freedom of motion, namely the azimuth (X) axis and the elevation (Y) axis, and is a table type two-dimensional precision testing equipment.
