1、 Characteristics

This instrument uses a permanent magnet DC motor, which has the functions of force increasing stirring, stable speed, no noise, and continuous adjustability. The stirring rod is made of stainless steel and is corrosion-resistant. Equipped with a constant temperature heating device, the temperature can be selected according to work requirements. This instrument is easy to operate and convenient to work. It is a common product in various universities, research institutions, laboratories, and laboratories.

3、 Usage:

(1) Install the random accessories, tighten the 16mm main support rod, and insert the supporting motor plugs in place.

(2) Plug in the power, turn on the switch, and the indicator light will light up to start working. Gradually increase the speed from slow to fast according to the work requirements.

(3) Set temperature: Press the SET key to set or view the temperature set point. Press the SET key once and the digital display character will start flashing, indicating that the instrument has entered the set state. Press the ↑ key to increase the set value, and press the ↓ key to decrease the set value. Long press the ↑ key or ↓ key to quickly change the data. Press the SET key again and the instrument will return to normal working state. The temperature setting is complete.

(4) Intelligent control parameter setting: Press the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the inner layer parameter setting state of the instrument.

EWhen P=0, this parameter is the advance amount for stopping heating. When P is not equal to 0, the instrument operates in intelligent PID mode. When P is not equal to 0, parameter E is meaningless. If the set value is 50 ℃ and the advance amount is 0.5, the relay will release when the instrument control heats up to 49.5 ℃. When the temperature drops to 50 ℃ -0.5 ℃=49.5 ℃, the relay will close again. The larger the advance amount, the fewer times the relay will act. If the advance amount is too large, it will reduce the control accuracy. After adjusting the advance parameter, press the SET button for 3 seconds to return the instrument to its normal working state

PThe proportional band refers to the proportional control value. The instrument is centered around the set value and the P-value is distributed on both sides of the set point. Within the P-value range, the instrument operates in PID mode.

TFor the heating output cycle, which is the working cycle of the relay, a small T value is easy to control, but a too small T value can reduce the lifespan of the relay due to frequent operation. Generally, the T value is taken as 20-60 seconds.

To simplify operation, the integration time (I) and differentiation time (D) of the instrument are designed as hidden parameters, with default values of I=180 and D=45. If not working, the power should be cut off. To ensure use, please connect the ground wire, keep the instrument clean and dry, and strictly prohibit solution from entering the machine to avoid damaging components and prevent severe vibration
