Mainly used for pressing and shearing test plate samples, such as replacing molds or other attachments, and can also be used as a general press to expand more functions.

The machine mainly consists of hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic sources, and corresponding tooling molds. The load-bearing frame is made of integral steel plates, with good rigidity, simple structure, and easy operation. The hydraulic source uses a three-phase motor to drive a high-pressure oil pump, and a safety valve limits the maximum pressure. The oil circuit is reversed by a manual directional valve, which performs actions such as downward pressure cutting and upward reset movement of the piston rod. When the manual directional valve is not in operation, the valve core is in the middle position and the piston stops moving. The pressure of hydraulic oil is indicated by a shock resistant pressure gauge, and its pressure indication value and shear force are calculated by the following formula:
