2 Operation methods
According to the quality standards, place 5 rubber balls in each sieve layer and weigh 50g (W) of the average sample,
Put it into the upper sieve layer, then sieve it in the order of large holes on top, small holes on the bottom, bottom of the sieve, and top of the sieve cover
Install, close tightly, start the electric motor, continuously sieve for 10 minutes, take out and tilt each layer of sieve, rotate the sieve frame and use a brush to sieve it
Concentrate the powder in one corner, pour it out and weigh it (W1, no weight will be considered if it is less than 0.1g).
3 Results Calculation
The determination results of the fineness of powdered grains are expressed as the percentage of powdered grains remaining on the specified sieve layer to the sample. press
Formula calculation: Retained material (%)=W1/W × 100. In the formula: W1- weight of retained powder on the sieve, g;
W - Sample weight, g。
The allowable difference between the two test results is not more than 0.5%, and the average is the measurement result. The measurement results are rounded to the decimal point
