2、 Environmental conditions for the use of explosion-proof vertical packaging machines

5. There are explosive combustible gas mixtures IIA and IIB with temperature groups T1~T2 in Zone 1 and Zone 2 locations.

3、 Installation and adjustment

1. This machine is required to be installed indoors (in a dry, non corrosive gas environment). After the machine is in place, it should be kept stable and the workbench should be kept as horizontal as possible

2. The power supply should be equipped with a neutral wire (N), a power supply of 220V, a reliable grounding of the casing, and appropriate protective facilities.

3. The whole machine consists of a workbench, cylinders, sealed heating heads, operation panel, vacuum generation system, control electrical appliances, etc.

4. Turn on the power, adjust the sealing time to 0.5 seconds, step on the foot switch (lightly), and check if the machine is functioning properly: press the pressure rod down - then step on the foot switch - start vacuuming and end vacuuming Vacuum nozzle automatically exits - seals - pressure rod opens - vacuum nozzle automatically pops out.

5. After the action is normal, the vacuum time and sealing time can be adjusted to achieve the best packaging effect.

6. Pre adjust the sealing time to 0.8 seconds. Test the machine to check if the sealing is secure. If it is not secure, slowly adjust it from 0.1 seconds until the sealing line is secure and aesthetically pleasing. (Do not adjust it too much<=3 seconds, which may cause the heating element to become too hot and burn out the vacuum bag).

7. Pre adjust the vacuum time to 8 seconds, then slowly increase it according to the product's vacuum level requirements, and adjust it to the appropriate vacuum level to continue packaging work.

8. There are 3 adjustable timers on the machine panel:

Vacuum time: Adjust the time for the machine to vacuum and achieve the best vacuum effect.

(Recommended to be set within 4-10 seconds)

Sealing time: Adjust the heating sealing time to achieve the best sealing effect.

(Suggested setting to: 1.2-1.5 seconds)

Warning!! The sealing time cannot be set to 00.0 seconds or exceed 03.0 seconds! To avoid burning the heating element.

Cooling time: After the machine is sealed, cool it down to ensure a more secure seal.
