Product Overview:

The FYS type corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant submersible pump completely solves the problems of running, leaking, and lubrication of the shaft seal during idle operation of horizontal centrifugal pumps and other pumps due to the pressure chamber and sealing parts being fully immersed in the medium. It is particularly suitable for the transportation of medium in low-level tanks where the liquid level is low and the self-priming height of the self-priming pump cannot be reached.

This series of pumps combines the advantages of non-metallic and metallic materials as a whole, using manufacturing processes such as engineering plastic and metal integral lining, composite, extrusion, etc. It has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, good rigidity, no leakage, light weight, and easy maintenance.

Based on the differences in medium and temperature, choose a reasonable product cost-effectiveness to meet the needs of different users. Our company has selected polytetrafluoroethylene (F46), reinforced polypropylene (FRPP), and nano ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (NUHMW-PE) to produce FYS submersible pumps.

Scope of application:

Perfluoroethylene propylene (F46) has a wide range of corrosion resistance and can withstand all chemical media except for a few media such as molten alkali metals and chlorine fluoride. It has good temperature resistance and can be used between -30 ℃ and 150 ℃.

Reinforced polypropylene (FRPP) is a modified material of polypropylene (PP), which has a strength 20% higher than ordinary polypropylene and a temperature increase of more than 40 ℃. In addition to strong oxidizing acids such as concentrated nitric acid, fuming sulfuric acid, and fluorosulfonic acid, it can withstand most organic and inorganic acids, bases, and salts. Can be used for a long time between -20 ℃ and 80 ℃.

Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (NUHMW-PE) has similar corrosion resistance to polypropylene and, like ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, and creep resistance. It is suitable for transporting acid, alkaline clear liquids, and granular liquid slurries within the range of -20 ℃ to 80 ℃.
