1、 Introduction to Fermentation Tanks:
Fermentation tank refers to equipment used in industry for microbial fermentation. The main body is usually made of stainless steel, with a volume of 1 m3 to several hundred m3. Can withstand steam sterilization, has a certain degree of flexibility, minimizes internal accessories, has sturdy materials and energy transfer performance, can be adjusted for easy cleaning and reduced pollution. There are many different types of fermentation tanks, some of which can be customized to meet the needs of users and have a relatively wide range of applications.
2、 Fermentation tank structure:
Cylinder body material: stainless steel (SUS304/SUS316L), sandwich carbon steel (Q235-B), anti rust paint coating;
Tank body: used for cultivating and fermenting various bacteria
Stainless steel bolts are used to connect the top and bottom of the tank cover, and non-toxic rubber is used as a sealing gasket.
Spiral heating and cooling are used in the middle of the jacket.

3、 Precautions for using fermentation tanks:
When inhaling air, it is necessary to slowly open the intake valve until pressure is required, and then install a drain valve at the condensate outlet.
During use, always pay attention to changes in steam pressure and adjust the intake valve in a timely manner.
3. The steam pressure used by the equipment shall not exceed the permitted working pressure.
4. The safety valve can be adjusted according to the user's own steam pressure, and excessive use is not allowed.
During the exhaust and cooling process after actual exhaust, it is strictly prohibited to generate negative pressure inside the fermentation tank to avoid contamination or damage to the fermentation tank.
6. After stopping use, please pay attention to whether there is residual water in the tank.
During the fermentation process, the pressure inside the fermentation tank should not exceed 0.17MPa.
During the operation of the fermentation tank, the pressure inside the air pipeline must be higher than the pressure inside the fermentation tank. Otherwise, the liquid in the fermentation tank will reflux back tofilterIn the middle, the filter element will be blocked and the filter will be disabled.
