M110 Flex and M110 Optoflex are benchmark solutions for part inspection applications during mechanical processing. These systems are capable of directly measuring shaft components such as crankshafts and camshafts with high precision and reliability in critical operating conditions such as production lines, high operating temperatures, and strong vibrations. The M110 instantaneous contact thermal probe can automatically measure the temperature of parts with lateral feed in different machining stages. During the loading phase, the thermal probe can automatically measure the instantaneous temperature of the parts and compensate for size measurements according to requirements.

Just like measuring two dimensions along the axis of a component with a contact probe, M110 can be equipped with a special dynamic tracking probe to measure eccentric segments such as connecting rod pins in the crankshaft.

The M110 with two measuring probes can perform extremely complex measurements, such as measuring the roundness or cylindricity of pins, with very high measurement accuracy and reliability.

Designed for the production line

The measurement layout with horizontal parts and dual loading system enables the M110 to effectively integrate with the most common production lines for large volume shaft parts; These parts are usually transported horizontally on a conveyor to facilitate transfer between various machining stages.
