The FSB-L type (the same as FEPB-L type) fluoroplastic alloy pump produced by our factory is a single-stage single suction centrifugal pump. The overcurrent part is made by molding and processing imported perfluorinated (ethylene propylene) copolymer from abroad. Except for fluorine elements and molten alkali metals under high temperature and pressure, it is suitable for long-term transportation of various strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidants, oils, ketones, ethers, alcohols, etc. of any concentration at temperatures ranging from -50 to 200 ℃. It is currently the best anti-corrosion material both domestically and internationally.
This product has the advantages of incombustibility, toxin free decomposition, good weather resistance and aging resistance, high mechanical strength, and is widely used in chemical, petroleum, fertilizer, pharmaceutical, chemical fiber, food, paper making, smelting and other industries.
The FSB-L pump adopts the WB2 mechanical seal jointly produced by the British company Kran Pangen and China, which is durable and greatly extends the service life of the pump. If the user has special requirements in production, we will design and select sealing and sealing materials separately according to the user's requirements.

Pump body: The connecting parts on both sides are embedded with one steel flange ring and one molded fluoroplastic ring. 2. Back cover: A stainless steel plate (ICr18Ni9Ti) is embedded on the right side and made of molded fluoroplastic. 3. Impeller: adopts shaft connection method. The metal shaft is made of high-quality steel precision machined and molded with fluoroplastic, which firmly integrates the impeller and the metal shaft, ensuring that the shaft root and the rear of the impeller can withstand the torque force during rotation. In this way, the wetted part of the medium is all made of fluoroplastic alloy. 4. Mechanical seal: WB type single end non cooling water mechanical seal is used for cleaning acid oxidant medium, and siliconized graphite 169 type single end non cooling water wear-resistant mechanical seal is used for medium containing impurity particles. 2、 Working principle: The impeller is driven to rotate by the motor through an elastic coupling directly connected to the pump shaft. The root of the impeller shaft and the pump shaft are rotated by passing a 10mm bolt through the center of the pump shaft through a Mohs taper and tightening it with a nut at the end of the coupling. The blades in the impeller force the liquid to rotate, work on the liquid, and increase its energy. The liquid is thrown out around the impeller under the action of centrifugal force, and the velocity energy is converted into pressure energy through the vortex flow channel of the pump body. When the liquid inside the impeller is thrown out, the pressure inside the impeller is lower than the pressure inside the inlet pipe. Under the action of this pressure difference, new liquid is sucked into the impeller, and the liquid continuously flows out of the pump.
