This series of sterilization and cooling machines is made of stainless steel, which has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, easy operation and maintenance. Compared with current traditional methods (sterilization tanks), it has low labor intensity, less manpower, high degree of self-control, and the temperature can be automatically adjusted within 60-98 degrees. The temperature difference between the upper and lower layers is small, and the product quality is easy to control. This product is hygienic and is an ideal equipment for the vegetable and food processing industry.

working principle:

In industries such as food, beverage, and pharmaceuticals, it is required to sterilize some packaged products using a water bath. The packaged products are placed on a variable speed stainless steel mesh belt and enter the sterilization box in sequence under the action of the conveyor belt. After being sterilized by "high-temperature water as the medium", they are uniformly cooled inside the cooling box by the conveyor belt to meet the sterilization requirements of the products. This series of equipment runs continuously, and the sterilized packaged products are continuously sent to the next production process.

Structural composition:

This equipment consists of a sterilization machine and an electronic control part. It is used for automated continuous production through electrical control experiments and is available in two specifications:

1. Standard control type: using steam solenoid valve and temperature sensor linkage control.

2. Computer full motion control type: using a computer touch screen and PLC automatic execution for control.
